Nicola Valley Community Arts Council

The Nicola Valley Community Arts Council is pleased to present the 4^th Annual Community Arts Show that will run from February 5 through the 27^th. There will be an Olympic Theme section that will be juried and prizes awarded.  There will also be a prize for Viewer’s Choice.

Work in the past has consisted of:  paintings, drawings, photography, woodworking, carving, needlework, quilts, jewelry, pottery, and small scale modeling.

The Courthouse Gallery along with the Masonic Lodge will also be host to a “Silent Auction” that will be held with a reception on Saturday, February 20 from 4-6pm.  The artwork to be auctioned will be displayed at the gallery during the Community Arts Show.  Work to be auctioned will be:

Original painting by Arnold Mosely, original painting by Roger Kamp, numbered wildlife print by Opie & framed print by Thelma Leaney Butler

Gallery hours are:  Thursdays 4-8pm Friday and Saturdays 10am to 4pm
