The band plays a lively mix of music that falls within the broad Celtic genre and includes Irish,
Scottish and French Canadian tunes and songs; flavoured with original works and world-beat rhythms
Shenanigan was together for a little over two years.
Keeping and feeding a 7-member ‘ethnic’ band proved difficult and more lucrative opportunities were hard to resist.
Still we had fun while it lasted, and some of us get together for a session, sometimes if we are lucky – for money!!
In Merritt, February 5, 2010 - Shenanigan (Irish folk) , 7:30pm at the Civic Centre.
